Group Classes

At Fit Club our members have a blast inside our group fitness classes. 

  • ZUMBA
    This class is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.
  • YOGA
    This class blends sustained hatha for strength and restorative yoga for relaxation. Connect inwards while using the mat to channel your ability to shine more fully in the world. Practices blend authentic breath and body techniques with movement for a transformative experience.
  • TURBO KICK
    This class is a fat-blasting, ab-defining cardio workout that allows you to burn up to 1,000 calories an hour! A mix of kickboxing and simple dance grooves set to heart pounding dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout!
  • CYCLING
    This class is a cardiovascular, butt-kicking workout that takes us on a stationary but sweaty ride of our life. This bike is different than hopping on an ordinary two-wheeler! It can be a great way to get in a vigorous workout -- burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape -- especially during the off-season. But you have to have a high tolerance for exercise bikes and being cooped up inside with a bunch of other sweaty people for this to be a satisfying alternative to the real thing.
  • KETTLE KRUSHA
    This class ties in with Russian roots dating back to the early 1700s, kettlebells are cast iron weights that resemble a cannonball with a handle. They're lifted using a swinging motion to provide a total body workout. Working out with a kettlebell is the definition of what fitness pros call a "functional" workout. That means it works your muscles in the same way as when you do everyday activities, like picking up a toddler, carrying your laptop bag, hoisting a gallon of milk, or lugging a heavy grocery bag. In short, this is an awesome class!
  • OULA
    OULA is a high energy, calorie burning, crazy-fun dance workout to Top 40 hits. Classes are one epic hour of sweat, joy, and total inspiration! OULA is Dancemania for the Soul.
