We are currently experiencing a high volume of emails in response to supporting JFC as a small business in a time of crisis. Our goal is to respond withing 24-48 hours with email inquiries.
On the day we closed, we did email everyone that outlined the membership options below. To Recap: Here are your options with your membership during the state mandated shutdown of all non-essential businesses:

#2. Freeze option: we will freeze your membership and make the necessary adjustments for your next payment.
#3. Cancel option: your membership:-our billing company requires a written signature, that is only done onsite. A cancellation cannot be done by email. Once we are given the authorization to open, we can discuss your cancellation options. We will freeze your membershp and make the necessary adjustments on your next payment.
We will make the adjustments to your account with a response on a case-by-case basis. We are currently responding to all inquires but due to high volume and a backlog of emails we are responding to. We are working dilgently to get to everyone.
